Pietro Buttitta (1915-1997) - Donna con cappello

Pietro Buttitta (Palermo, 1915–1997), a figurative painter of the twentieth century. In the auction market he is known for still lifes, portraits and landscapes, with a soft hand and great attention to chiaroscuro. Works have been steadily present on the Italian market since the 1960s onward. Beautiful portrait of “Donna con cappello” (Woman with a hat), January 30, 1980.
