The Philips FA 950 is the high-end integrated amplifier of the famous 900 series, marketed from 1992-1993. Solid power: It delivers 2 x 100 Watts RMS into 8 Ohms (and is advertised up to 135 Watts per channel according to certain era standards). It features a comfortable dynamic current reserve (Extended Dynamics) to drive demanding speakers. Built-in DAC (Digital Inputs): Unlike classic amplifiers of its time, it has its own digital-to-analog converter (Bitstream converter) with optical and coaxial inputs.
