Tutte le aste / Altro / Pharmacy jar (10) - Glass - Vintage pharmacy jars
Old amber glass pharmacy ensemble with a green and small booklet “Aide-mémoire” – 10 pieces Charming set consisting of nine old amber glass pharmacy containers, accompanied by a small green booklet titled “Aide-mémoire,” adding extra interest to this evocative set of old pharmacies. The flasks feature the sober, characteristic shapes of pharmaceutical containers of yesteryear. Their amber glass, intended notably to protect certain products from light, gives them a beautiful authenticity and vintage charm. Some jars still contain old products, notably hawthorn and thyme. Others have retained their original nominative labels, bearing witness to their past use. The small green booklet “Aide-mémoire” harmoniously completes this set. Composition and dimensions: 3 rectangular pots of 18 cm in height, base 7 × 7 cm. 5 rectangular pots of 13 cm in height, base 6 × 6 cm. 1 round container of 17 cm in height and approximately 10 cm in maximum diameter, without lid. 1 small green booklet titled “Aide-mémoire.” Total number: 10 pieces. Condition: the pots are generally in good condition. The eight rectangular pots have their lids. Several specimens have retained their nominative labels and some their old contents. The green booklet is included with the set. Uses and presentation: An ideal set for flea market enthusiasts, collectors of antique bottles, vintage or industrial décor, a curiosity cabinet, or the recreation of an old pharmacy. These containers can also be showcased in a retro-style kitchen, on a shelf or in a display case. After proper cleaning, they can serve decorative purposes or for storing small objects. The old contents are not intended for consumption. An authentic, characterful set, combining antique pharmaceutical containers with a small era-appropriate document or antique item, subject to dating, for lovers of objects that bear witness to daily life in former times. Sale as a lot of 10 pieces.
