Murano glass. 13.5x8x8 cm Italian Post. Splendid antique perfume bottle made of fine Murano art glass. The body of the bottle features a sophisticated vertical cane-work with alternating dark bands (black/deep brown) and bands adorned with aventurine, blown gold dust, which confer an extraordinary effect of brilliance and depth. The piece is completed by an elegant original stopper hand-formed while hot, decorated with rich floral details and inclusions of gold leaf.
