Oscar Leonor (1976) - Naturaleza muerta (XXL)

This is one of the author’s latest works, a fundamental piece in which he takes that urge to fuse the representation of objects with the pictorial matter further than ever. In this work, references to the classical masters of painting serve as the base for building a choral piece in which the objects of the still life dissolve and reappear in a dance of suggestive forms. The work is delivered unframed (professional packaging, rolled in a tube). Your local framer will need to re-stretch it and mount it on a frame. The indicated measurements are those of the painting once stretched and mounted on a frame. The real dimensions of the canvas are larger to allow for mounting. Hand-signed on the back. Includes certificate of authenticity. You can follow the artist’s work on his Instagram profile: https://www.instagram.com/oscarleonor/ Artistic trajectory, main exhibitions.
