Omas - 72 - Fountain pen

Splendid Omas 72 pen in solid sterling silver 925, housed in its elegant blue case, the inner box also present. The finish features a refined craftsmanship with a finely engraved pattern (often defined as "guilloché" or a geometric texture), typical of high-end Italian production in the second half of the twentieth century. The body and cap are entirely made of sterling silver (fineness 925), which gives a balanced weight and a characteristic luster. Nib is carved with OMAS 72 engraved. The grip section is made of elegant black resin, creating a perfect visual contrast with the body worked in solid silver. Omas (Officina Meccanica Armando Simoni) has been one of the world's most prestigious Italian brands of writing instruments. Pen appears never used, very light and shiny as in the photos and given its age, almost new; the boxes show light signs. The pen has no ink and no signs of ink. Packaging with extreme care.
