Saphirus Nodo is a timepiece out of the ordinary, conceived as a meeting between haute horlogerie and material art. The case, back and crystal are entirely made of lab-grown sapphire: a crystalline structure that surrounds the movement and lets light filter in from every angle, creating reflections and transparencies of extraordinary purity. An object almost sculpted in light. At the center of the multi-level dial, a handwoven fabric stabilized in pastel tones is traversed by embroidery and motifs that recall traditional textile techniques. The weaves and hues create a composition rich in depth and material, turning each piece into an object with strong artistic character — no two fabrics are alike.
