This is the steel version, with the case left in its natural color and the finish alternating polished and brushed surfaces, for a clearer and more classic look compared to the plated versions. The dial is blue tone-on-tone with sunray finish: light passes through it and changes its depth with every wrist movement, from bright blue to near-night blue. All applied indices are luminous, as are the hands, for immediate reading even underwater and in the dark. The bezel insert is steel, not aluminum: it resists scratches, does not fade, and ages with the case rather than before the case. The dual polished and blasted finish makes it readable in any lighting condition. From the exhibition caseback you can observe the Japanese automatic movement in action, with the Norton-custom rotor recharging with every wrist movement.
