Certificate of Residence for Citizen LABBÉ, not subject to emigration - Issued at the Town Hall of DUNKERQUE, 3 Frimaire, Year 11 (November 24, 1802) - verified in BERGUES - Signatures and seals – 2 folio pages, printed text filled in with ink.
