Professionally framed poster of a Fokker F28 Fellowship cockpit. The Fokker F28 Fellowship was the first jet-powered passenger aircraft built in the Netherlands. The construction was international, with partners from Germany (Hamburger Flugzeugbau, VFW) and the United Kingdom (Short Brothers & Harland), but final assembly took place in the Netherlands. A total of 243 aircraft were built. The regional arm of KLM was the best-known operator of the F28 in the Netherlands. Later this became KLM Cityhopper (which subsequently switched to the newer Fokker 70 and 100). The poster dates from 1985 when I was employed at Fokker Woensdrecht.
