Have the canvas professionally stretched on a stretcher frame by a framer. Or choose a beautiful frame of your choice – with or without glass, depending on your style. Some hobby shops or framers also offer DIY kits to stretch the canvas yourself. Nicole’s work is more than just a artwork: it is a powerful statement of lasting elegance and the pursuit of greatness. Embrace the energy and inspiration it brings to your space and let it serve as a constant reminder of the beauty of overcoming challenges. She will also hold a joint exhibition with artist Michael Lam. This exhibition is titled: Harmony in Motion: Two Artists, One Vision Michael Lam and Nicole Lubbers In a dazzling celebration of artistic synergy, Michael Lam and Nicole Lubbers will adorn the big screen of Times Square with their joint exhibition Harmony in Motion: Two Artists, One Vision. This groundbreaking event brings together two unique creative voices to showcase a fusion of techniques, styles and expressions, united by their shared passion for the transformative power of art. Michael Lam, a master of Single Stroke Painting, has long captivated audiences with his ability to convey deep depth and emotion in a single, flowing brushstroke. His works are proof of the discipline and meditative focus required to translate complexity into simplicity. Each stroke carries an inherent rhythm that reflects the essence of movement and life itself. Nicole Lubbers, by contrast, is known for her structured, sculptural compositions that blur the boundaries between painting and relief. Her creations explore the interplay of light and shadow and offer a tactile experience that invites viewers to engage with art on multiple sensory levels. Through her intricate layering and innovative use of materials, Nicole creates dynamic works that evoke both strength and vulnerability. Together, Michael and Nicole have curated an exhibition in which their distinct artistic languages merge into a harmonious dialogue. The theme of purple – a color often associated with creativity, spirituality and transformation – runs as a thread and weaves their works into a coherent visual narrative. This collaboration celebrates the balance between movement and stillness, fluidity and texture, inviting the audience to immerse themselves in a space where contrasts are complementary. The debut of the exhibition on the iconic Times Square screen marks an important milestone for both artists. Times Square, known as the ‘Crossroads of the World,’ provides an unparalleled platform to share their vision with a global audience. Against the city’s vibrant energy, Harmony in Motion promises to captivate viewers and leave a lasting impression on one of the world’s most iconic stages. Harmony in Motion: Two Artists, One Vision is more than an art exhibition; it is a testament to the power of collaboration, the beauty of diversity, and the shared human experience that art can evoke. Through their work, Michael Lam and Nicole Lubbers remind us that harmony arises when we embrace both our differences and our similarities—in art as in life. This unmissable event will light up Times Square and invite everyone to witness the intersection of two artistic journeys coming together in one breathtaking vision.
