Subtlely beautiful binding in parchment worked with fillets along the edges of the boards, spine titled Original edition of this pamphlet directed against Gambetta, composed and illustrated with 26 ferocious drawings by Nadar. Print run of 475 copies signed by the author at the justification. Ours bears No. 277, one of 300 on Hollande paper, including as is proper in red and manuscript the autograph correction on the third line of page 45. Condition: Binding: minor loss to the title piece otherwise very good. Interior: Very fresh, like new. Bookseller retired for several years, I am sorting through my library.
