Murano - Sculpture

This decorative fish-shaped sculpture, handmade in Murano glass, is a lively and charming artisanal work, characterized by a rich composition of yellow millefiori and precious inclusions of gold leaf embedded in the tail. The piece is handmade in authentic Murano glass. The body, with a rounded and full shape, is entirely decorated with millefiori millefiori (millefiori) in shades of intense yellow, laid tone-on-tone and enclosed within the glass. The small flowers run across the entire surface, creating a rich and luminous pattern that changes with the light, while the glossy finish enhances its brilliance and depth. The tail, separately molded in transparent crystal, is made using the “sommerso” technique: the gold leaf is enclosed inside the glass and gives the composition warm golden reflections. Its slender, lifted shape contrasts with the roundness of the body and lends the figure a sense of movement. The crystal eyes, with a black pupil, and the protruding lips, also handcrafted, complete the figure and emphasize its artisanal character and friendly expression. The contrast between the solid yellow of the millefiori and the golden transparency of the tail makes the sculpture cheerful and refined at the same time, and each piece is unique and original. This fish is ideal as a decorative element, a collectible item, or a refined gift idea. The piece comes with an authenticity certificate, confirming its provenance and originality.
