Murano glass - Necklace with pendant - Ladybug

Made entirely by hand in Murano, this pendant brings to life in glass one of the most beloved good luck symbols: the ladybug. The ladybug is lamp-worked with great attention to detail. The body, in intense red glass, is divided in the center by a thin line that outlines the wings, dotted with black spots fused into the glass. Along the sides, raised legs appear, shaped one by one, while the black head carries two small eyes with a lively gaze. Every detail is applied hot, for a cheerful, three‑dimensional effect full of character. The pendant is mounted on a headpin finished with a golden cup and slides along a slender force-link chain thanks to a golden bail with a worked surface. The spring-ring clasp, with extension chain, allows for length adjustment. Princess length positions the ladybug at the base of the neck, just above the collarbones. A light, cheerful piece of jewelry, carrying a silent wish: perfect to wear, even more beautiful to give. Each ladybug is unique: the arrangement of the spots, the shape of the legs, and the red shades vary from piece to piece. Any small imperfections are the natural sign of hand craftsmanship. Details Technique: lamp-worked glass, with hot-applied decorations. Length: about 44 cm, adjustable with the extension chain (princess length, falls at the base of the neck). Ladybug: about 2.5 × 2 × 1 cm, Murano glass. Chain: strong-link. Metal: gold-colored metal (chain, bail and spring-ring clasp). The necklace comes in an elegant rigid jewelry box with a black velvet interior, ready to be gifted. It is accompanied by a certificate of originality, attesting to the artisanal Murano glass craftsmanship. Fast shipping, with careful and secure packaging.
