Montblanc - Noblesse - Fountain pen

A0000006036 Elegant and timeless Montblanc Noblesse first-generation fountain pen, an authentic icon of minimalist design from the 70s and 80s. Created in an era when the trend dictated extremely thin and tubular profiles, this fountain pen impresses with its sleek dimensions of 13.8 cm in length and only 0.9 cm in diameter, offering a writing experience that is agile and distinctive. The piece is built on a solid metal base (which provides a very pleasant and balanced weight despite its slenderness) coated with a rich gold plating. The entire body and cap are decorated with a sophisticated pattern of fine vertical lines engraved (pinstripe), which amplifies the gold’s brilliance and improves grip. When opened (with a very satisfying snap closure), we encounter the crown jewel: a beautiful solid 14-karat gold nib (585 stamp) of semi-tubular design, characteristic of this model. It’s tuned to a gentle M (Medium) point, ensuring a steady and generous ink flow. Technical details of the piece: Item type: Vintage fountain pen (Slim Design). Model: Montblanc Noblesse Gold Plated. Nib: Solid 14k gold (Medium point). Condition and Care: The pen is in extraordinarily good aesthetic and functional condition. The gold plating retains a mirror-like shine, with no wear spots from rubbing (brassing), dings, or dents. The clip is firm and the 14k gold nib shines impeccably. Case/Accessories: The pen is delivered with only the fountain pen. Please study the images carefully to admire the fabulous state of the gold plating and the 585 hallmark of the solid nib. Shipping The lot will be carefully protected during shipment, packed extremely securely, with insured shipping and an international tracking number."
