Artist Biography: Mireille Vautier, educated at Sciences Po Paris and holder of a Master’s degree from Cornell University (USA), carried out numerous ethnographic and photographic missions for UNESCO. Her work has received support and recognition from leading figures in international photography, including Joan Fontcuberta, Hasselblad Prize laureate (often referred to as the Nobel Prize of photography). Her reports and books have been published by prestigious publishers such as Actes Sud, Nathan, and Hazan.
