The woman looks to the left and is outlined with dark strokes that define the forehead, nose, lips, and chin. Her eye, intensely marked, directs the gaze outside the scene, while the white, gray, pink, and reddish tones that form her face give her an expressive presence. Around her, other shapes and profiles overlap, so the image seems to gather several figures in a single visual space. The main figure is also distinguished by dark hair that blends with the blue‑gray tones of the upper area, and by the red garment covering the lower part of the composition. This intense red creates a warm color focal point and contrasts with the cold and earthy tones that surround the face.
