Mineral Collection- 1250 g - (56)

Beautiful, Varied Collection of 56 Mineral Specimens in Transparent Micro-Boxes Offered is a carefully curated and highly diverse collection of 56 mineral specimens, all neatly presented and protected in individual transparent micro-boxes. This collection includes a fascinating mix of rare mineral species, historic and world-famous localities (such as the Ojuela Mine, Grube Clara, Laurion and the Lengenbach Quarry), as well as visually appealing and UV-active pieces. Highlights of the Collection: Rarities & Classics: Crocoite (Adelaide Mine, Tasmania) – The iconic mineral symbol of Tasmania. Anarakite / Pyramidal Wulfenite (Kali-Kafi Mine, Iran) – Rare crystal structure. Scorodite (Grube Clara, Black Forest, Germany) – Beautiful crystal forms from a classic German mine. Uvarovite? (Val di Fassa, Italy) – Rare pseudomorphism. [Note: The original Dutch uses "Uraliet" which is Uraninite? If intended Uraninite, but likely Uraliet = Uralite; I’ll keep as Uralite to be safe.] Kermesite (Chermesite) (Pereta Mine, Tuscany, Italy) – Characteristic red antimony sulfide. Scepter Quartz (Goboboseb Mountains, Namibia) – Special and beloved growth form. Luminescence / UV-Active Minerals: Wernérite? (Ontario, Canada) – Light appears very bright yellow under 365 nm UV light. Mangano Calcite (Naica Mine, Mexico) – Light intense orange under 365 nm UV light. Hassium? (Adamite?) (Ojuela Mine, Mexico) – Colors vividly green under 365 nm UV light. Special Origins & Labels: Several pieces are provided with original locality data or label details (including Syanotrichite from Chile and historical specimens with Lapidaro origin).
