"STARLUX" 15 hand-painted lead soldiers, Napoleonic era and the First Empire - 1990 This is the first part of a beautiful collection of lead soldiers that I acquired and accumulated from 1990 to 2000 and which will be presented on "Catawiki" in sequence, one after another. These are "The Glorious Cavalrymen of Napoleon" by the French manufacturer Starlux. The height of each figure varies from 7 to 9 cm. All of these figurines are period military figures from the Napoleonic Wars. They have been individually hand-painted. The uniforms, insignia and weapons are faithfully reproduced. The colors are very varied. All the figurines bear the signature "Starlux" on their bases. Starlux was a French company specializing in lead figurines. It was founded in 1930 in Paris. It ceased all activity in 2005 See all the photos. All of these figurines will be very carefully packaged and shipped by Colissimo with tracking and insurance Attention bidders: No shipments to the United States or Norway, due to new regulations with France.
