I have asked M. HAMELIN to work with us on the one for Provence, and he will report to us on his views on each article in particular, and you will be pleased to put the finishing touches to it. We estimate that your department should produce 250,000 Livres, and this on the basis of accurate estimates. I shall await your project and do nothing except in concert with you...".
