The internal space is carefully designed to accommodate two decks of black cards in gold and silver. Masonic Symbolism: 1. The Triangle and Compass: Depicted on the inner side of the lid, this symbol represents the pursuit of balance between spirit and matter, a core value of Masonic tradition. 2. This symbol represents the "memento mori", a Masonic reminder of the transience of life and the importance of living with wisdom and awareness of one’s own time.
