Medieval Bronze cross. In excellent condition. (No reserve price)

A magnificent medieval bronze cross. Early Medieval Period 1100-1400 AD. This small cross is not merely an ornament, but a witness to its era. Such objects were created with special reverence and craftsmanship, often in monastic workshops. Every element of the pattern and every detail of the casting holds a sacred meaning. Small crosses of this kind, featuring such a precise geometric pattern, are rarely encountered. A precise geometric pattern of "dots" or "granulation" adorns all four arms of the cross, likely symbolizing constellations or the Crown of Thorns. The suspension loop remains intact, making it ready to wear. Condition: The item is in excellent condition. The surface is covered with a deep, smooth, authentic patina of a noble dark green color (patina of time), which reliably protects the metal and confirms its antiquity. The patina highlights all the relief details of the ornament. The eye is intact, without cracks or damage.
