Certificate of authenticity: Included and signed by the artist. Broken Wall Broken Wall stems from Mart Signed's exploration of the relationship between street art, matter, and urban memory. The project brings into homes, galleries, and private collections a fragment of the language of the street, transforming a surface marked by time into a contemporary artwork. The wall is not just the support for the image, but becomes an integral part of the work. Its surface, the breaks, the traces of time and the natural characteristics of the material preserve the link with the urban context from which street art originates. The fracture thus becomes an element of the artistic language: the boundary between the street and the exhibition space is broken and the urban fragment finds a new placement. The work The work does not demand a single answer, but leaves each observer free to find their own interpretation. The stencil is created directly on the support: this is not a print or a reproduction. The work depicted in the photographs is exactly the one that will be received by the collector. Materials and authenticity Materials recovered from the street are chosen to maintain the living connection with the original language of street art. Marks, abrasions, surface variations, irregularities and natural imperfections are not defects but elements that belong to the material's history and to the artwork's identity. These characteristics are deliberately preserved and integrated into the creative process. The work is signed, accompanied by a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist, and delivered ready to hang. The frame is not included unless otherwise indicated for the specific piece. Instagram and project participation The journey of the work can continue even after purchase. Collectors can share their work on Instagram by tagging @martsigned and using the hashtag #MartSigned. Works properly tagged can be reposted by the artist through their channels, showing the different destinations reached by the works and creating a direct connection between artist, collector, and public. The artist Mart Signed is an Italian street artist active internationally.
