Mara. J XXL - Emerald Thicket

An emerald green, full and alive fills the entire surface, dense with overlapping leaves that chase each other in every direction. Among them rise pale pink and lilac impressions, arranged in gentle vertical trajectories, like leaves lit by a reflection of light. Small yellow specks shine here and there, scattered sparks in the green. Towards the bottom the color becomes deeper and more gathered, and slender violet stems rise from the shadow toward the lighter part. The material, granular and stratified, gives the foliage an almost tangible presence. A fresh and vital work, that returns the luminous quiet of the undergrowth in full summer. Signed and dated 2026 bottom right Image dimensions: 150 x 55 cm Total canvas size: 160 x 65 cm The work is sold without a frame; it will be rolled and shipped in a cardboard tube. Mara J. explores the beauty and intensity of nature and the human body, creating works that tell emotions and moods through light and form. Her landscapes evoke fluid and suspended atmospheres, where color and brightness shape space, while human figures, delicate and introspective, become a means of emotional expression. Each painting is an invitation to immerse oneself in a world of subtle sensations, where nature and the human being intertwine in a deep dialogue.
