The clock is mounted on a substantial architectural base made of marble and onyx, with contrasting geometric elements characteristic of the Art Deco period. The upper section is decorated with a sculptural female figure in a seated position, holding a small bird in her hands, while a dog is depicted beside her. The combination of the geometric stepped base, contrasting marble and onyx and the patinated metal sculpture creates a striking example of French Art Deco decorative design. The clock features a rectangular dial with large Arabic numerals and a mechanical movement. The clock is currently functioning, according to the seller.
