Exciting 1945 100 Patacas Colour Trial MACAU (SAR). Banco Nacional Ultramarino. 100 Patacas, 16.11.1945. P-33cts. KNB39CT. Color Trial Specimen. K.N. Boon Plate Note. PMG Choice Very Fine 35. Plate note in the K.N. Boon reference. Very seldom seen in any format. This specimen has seen some handling, although the technical grade assigned by the grading service seems overly harsh. A deceptively difficult type and surely missing from even the most advanced collections. PMG Comments "Previously Mounted, Stain." Estimate: $2,500 - $4,000. Provenance: From the The Galleon Collection of Macau Notes.
