Lucitalia - Rodolfo Bonetto - Lamp - Flu System - Aluminium

Original Sistema Flu floor lamp, designed by Rodolfo Bonetto for Luci Italia, early 1980s. A particularly Italian design object with two long, independently adjustable light arms on a characteristic ribbed black base. By turning the arms the lamp can be placed in different configurations: from a narrow V-shape to a much wider, almost horizontal setup. Height: 95 cm Base width: approx. 24 cm Base depth: approx. 23–24 cm Width: adjustable, from about 24 cm up to a maximum of approx. 152 cm when both arms are fully spread. The original mounting plate for wall or ceiling installation is included, allowing the lamp to be used not only as a freestanding piece but also as a wall- or ceiling-mounted fixture. The lamp is in good vintage condition and fully functional. There are light signs of use appropriate to its age, but no obstructive damage. See the photos for the condition. It comes without a power cord. A strong example of Italian industrial design from the 80s and a beautiful sculptural lamp, both on and off.
