Djezvedjian & Son, Constantinople, circa 1906 watch case: 18k gold, number 1975877, Lépine, engraved mirror finish, guilloché, diameter approx. 45 mm movement: Hand-wound, gold-plated lever escapement, caliber 18.79, Breguet balance spring, compensation balance, one screw-mounted chaton, blued screws dial: silver-colored, Roman numerals, partially guilloché, small seconds The firm Nacib K. Djezvedjian & Son was Longines’ exclusive distributor for the Ottoman Empire from 1880 to 1960 and subsequently for Turkey. Case with dents, dial partially restored.
