Loïc Tuhal (1962) – The Power of the Gaze Loïc Tuhal, born in 1962, is a French contemporary painter whose work is characterised by a physical and expressive approach to painting. This work, entitled “The Power of the Gaze”, depicts two faces in close-up, brought together by an especially intense interplay of gazes.
