Lalique - René Lalique - Sculpture, Anemone + Bouton fleur - 8 cm - Crystal

This is the iconic Lalique Anemone sculpture, a handmade crystal artwork (often used as a paperweight or decorative object) from the exclusive French crystal house Lalique. The shown object is in excellent condition and comes in the original black presentation box, complete with the official French quality-control certificate (Control No. 7H). Key features & background • Designer & Year: Originally designed by René Lalique in 1931, at that time executed in glass. Later reissued in high-quality crystal. • Symbolism: The anemone flower within Lalique's work symbolizes purity and innocence. • Finish: This model uses the Lalique characteristic combination of matte satin and polished glossy crystal. The heart of the flower is subtly detailed with black enamel dots. 2) This object is a handmade crystal sculpture from the prestigious French brand Lalique Paris, originating from the Vibration collection. The design bears the name "Motif Bouton Fleur" and depicts a stylized, dense flower bud. The piece is characterized by the Lalique hallmark combination of clear and satin (matte) crystal. From the narrow base, elegant, deeply incised wavy lines fan upward, echoing the texture and natural movement of petals or leaves. The object rests on a short, sturdy and clear glass stem, enabling it to stand upright, for example as a decorative art object or as a luxury paperweight.
