Keramis Boch - Ernest d'Hossche - Vase - 31/58 - Earthenware - Vase Stripline

This large ovoid ceramic vase is a vintage production from the famous Belgian manufacturer Boch Frères La Louvière, marketed under the Keralux brand and created by designer Ernest D'Hossche in the 1950s. This piece belongs to the renowned series featuring the decoration named Stripline, referenced under model 31/58. It stands out for its substantial raised graphic pattern resembling intricate geometric wickerwork or weaving. The vase is coated with a brilliant, glossy monochrome glaze in a vibrant green color, whose variations in thickness enhance the reliefs, while the textured recesses reveal small dark dots creating a sense of depth. The dimensions are: height 31 centimeters, maximum width 18 cm, depth 14 cm. Its total weight is 1700 grams. The base bears the official black circular stamp Keralux Belgium as well as the model number 31/58 impressed into the clay. Regarding its condition, the vase is in excellent condition, showing no damage or cracks and retaining all the original brilliance of its glaze.
