Kelim - 196 cm - 74 cm - Designer Kilim

This handwoven Kelim runner is unusually simple and modern in design. The entire surface of the rug is almost completely black, which gives it a very calm, clear, and restrained look. There is a deliberate avoidance of patterns, ornaments, or additional color accents. The effect arises mainly from the uniform dark surface and the fine, slightly irregular texture of the handwoven material. Depending on the angle of light, minor surface differences may appear, without losing the overall monochrome character. The light fringes on the two short sides provide a subtle contrast to the black rug surface and emphasize the handcraft character of the Kelim. With its dimensions of 196 × 74 cm, the rug is particularly suitable as a runner for hallways, corridors, narrow living areas, or beside the bed.
