Limited edition and hand-signed, THE SKATEROOM is proud to present Jules de Balincourt’s ‘Expats Ticos and Gringos,’ one such meditation, described by the artist himself as a direct reference to Costa Rica, a creative refuge where the artist spends much of his year trying to capture it in paint.
