Provenance: Original academic set bearing the characteristic marks of the mathematician Jean Leray's working fonds (handwritten signatures in pencil and dedications by peers attributed). This volume also bears the declassified stamp, witnesses to the academic and institutional exchanges of the era. Lot sold as is, the signatures and historic provenance being offered as "attributed" based on the visible physical elements.
