It has a special symbolism, as with it I wanted to convey the feeling of the families who have to say goodbye to a loved one, the anguish of wanting to be with them and not being able to, no matter how much you want to see them again or reach them. For this reason I was inspired by a staircase with confused steps, steps that look upward but do not complete their journey. The last step, the last word, the last cup… Sometimes, spaces can be the translation of a moment, conveying a feeling. Or a secret.
