Jardinière - Art Deco - Brass - Geometric

Elegant Art Deco-style brass planter from the first half of the 20th century, a piece that perfectly reflects the aesthetic principles of this movement, characterized by the geometrization of forms, the pursuit of symmetry, and the refined combination of materials and finishes. Its square-plan layout presents an architectural design with straight lines and stepped profiles, where the side panels are framed by a solid brass structure. The geometric motifs that articulate each face recall the decorative patterns of the 1920s and 1930s, providing visual rhythm and a strong sense of modernity. The ensemble rests on small spherical feet that slightly elevate the piece and accentuate its elegance. The brass preserves an appealing patina developed over the years, showing warm nuances and subtle chromatic variations that enrich its appearance and underline its authenticity. The contrast between the metal framework and the decorative panels creates a sober and sophisticated visual game, very representative of Art Deco taste for balanced surfaces and streamlined designs. Inside, it includes a removable metal container designed to hold plants or floral arrangements, adding functionality and facilitating use. This feature makes the piece a versatile decorative element, suitable for both classic environments and contemporary interiors where one seeks to introduce a high-quality vintage accent. It is in good condition, with signs of use and aging in keeping with its age, maintaining all structural integrity and its decorative appeal. A planter of great personality, ideal for collectors and Art Deco lovers, capable of adding a touch of distinction, geometry, and elegance to any room. Shipped with tracking and proper packaging.
