Condition Report, Condition Report, Relined. Craquelure. Surface dirt and discolouration. The painting is quite dark in appearance and may benefit from a light clean. The signature appears a little rubbed. Examined under UV light there is some possible retouching to the sky and the edges, however the work has a thick layer of glossy varnish which obscures the surface and makes further reading difficult.
