Unique Details: Hygienic Design: The knives feature a stainless steel end cap and a seamless transition between blade and handle, guaranteeing the highest hygienic standards in the kitchen. Authenticity: The name "Izumi Ichiago" is engraved in Japanese characters on the metal bolster of each knife. Region: Manufactured with unique technologies from the famous Sakai/Izumi region, Japan. Contents of the Set: Large Chef’s Knife (Gyuto/Santoku style): For all major slicing tasks. Universal Paring Knife: For fine slicing. Turner/Peeling Knife: For utmost precision. Condition and Documentation: The set is in absolute new condition and comes in the original gift packaging, including the original certificate of authenticity with care and sharpening instructions.
