Ilo Garcia (MOLT XULO) - Cassette orange – Handmade Pixel Art Sculpture

Artist: Ilo Garcia (MOLT XULO), Spain. Title: Cassette Orange – Pixel Art Sculpture Year: 2026 Technique: 3D sculpture handcrafted with 508 pine wood cubes assembled and hand-painted. Original and unique work by Molt Xulo, artistic project focused on creating three-dimensional sculptures through the visual language of pixel art. This piece is inspired by mythical cassette tapes, symbol of 80s musical culture. The work transforms this everyday nostalgic object into a contemporary sculpture built entirely by hand. The combination of gray with fluorescent orange creates a strong color contrast and reinforces the pop, retro and pixel art aesthetics typical of Molt Xulo. Each wooden piece has been assembled and painted manually, therefore it presents the small peculiarities typical of an artisanal process. This work is a unique piece (1/1) and does not belong to an edition. Dimensions: 21 × 13 × 2 cm (width × height × depth, without stand). Signature: Identified with the Molt Xulo brand in relief on the wooden stand. Presentation: The sculpture can be displayed vertically with or without a stand (included in the purchase), placed horizontally on a surface or hung on a wall. Condition: New, original and handmade. It is delivered carefully packaged and accompanied by a thank-you card with an exclusive design created for this piece.
