Hubert Duprilot - 2026 acrylique sur papier (21x29,7cm)

Hubert Duprilot was born in Tours (FRANCE) in 1975. 2026, acrylic on paper (21x29.7 cm) "signed bottom right and on the back" Neo-expressionist artist, Hubert Duprilot has been painting and exhibiting for more than thirty years in France and abroad. Through these human figures, the artist explores the tensions of our time while seeking to reveal a spark of hope in a universe sometimes dark and uncertain. His work questions our condition, our fears, but also our ability to create connections and to reinvent ourselves. For several years, believing that traditional exhibitions mobilize a lot of time and energy to reach an audience often limited and initiated, Hubert Duprilot has chosen to invest in the urban space. Turning to street art, he offers a new freedom to his characters, making them leave the studio to be placed at the heart of the city. On the walls, these silent presences meet a broader, more diverse audience, in a direct and spontaneous relationship. Public space then becomes an open-air gallery where art enters daily life, prompting questions, emotions and encounters.
