Higonokami Damascus Layered Bronze Knife – Original Japanese SK5 Knife – Made in Japan Category Catawiki: Collector knives / Traditional Japanese knives Description: Elegant traditional Japanese Higonokami knife, made in Japan according to the historic artisanal tradition of the famous Nippon folders. This model features a refined “Damascus” construction with a high-hardness carbon steel SK5 blade (around HRC 60), appreciated for its excellent cutting ability and long edge retention.
