Tutte le aste / Moda & Vintage / Hermès - Petite Vénerie - Foulard

Refined and elegant carré d'art signed Hermès Paris, titled "Petite Vénerie" (Little Hunting) and masterfully illustrated by the renowned French painter and engraver Charles-Jean Hallo (1882–1969). Originally introduced in 1961, this model represents an evergreen classic of the house's hunting tradition, here offered in a prestigious vintage reissue (late 1980s / early 1990s) in the highly coveted and classic variant with a navy blue border. The design celebrates the art of hare hunting on horseback with hounds. In the center stands a circular medallion with a hunter surrounded by the dogs, flanked by two majestic horn players in traditional attire. The splendid frame features in the four corners detailed vignettes that narrate the stages of the chase, all finished with a geometric blue and gold fret running along the inner perimeter. Details of Authenticity and Craftsmanship: • Artist's signature: "Ch. Hallo" stamped at the base of the hare drawing in the lower part. • Marking and Copyright: The institutional inscription "HERMÈS . PARIS" placed in the cartouche at the bottom, complete with the protective copyright symbol, specific identifying of the vintage editions of the second half of the twentieth century. • Back of Silk: Excellent silk-screen print with strong color penetration on the reverse side of the fabric, a characteristic feature of authentic Lyonese-style works. • Finishes: Edge (roulotage) finely executed and hand-stitched to the right side, stretched and in excellent condition of preservation. A piece of great charm and portability, characterized by one of the noblest color pairings in Hermès production, perfect for enriching a collection or to be worn.
