Hanging lamp - Opaline glass - Vintage pendant lamp

Vintage pendant lamp, Italian production, dating from the 1960s, representative of mid-century modern design. The object is characterized by a slender structure with a veneered wood stem (teak tone) and chromed metal elements, paired with a pink opaline glass diffuser of elongated shape with a wavy edge and subtle vertical veining. The glass, of good quality, emits a warm and diffused light, contributing to an elegant and soft atmosphere. The light configuration, shaded below and diffused sideways and upward, reflects a period-typical design, attentive to both functionality and aesthetics. The electrical system has been inspected and rebuilt, complete with grounding, ensuring safe use. The original metal-and-ceramic lamp holder has been preserved. Overall good condition, with normal signs of wear consistent with the object's age: lieve wear to the chrome (original patina) solid structure intact glass, free from cracks or chips Dimensions: total height: 93 cm (about 88 cm without the canopy) diffuser in glass: height 26 cm, maximum diameter 19.5 cm Authentic vintage item, not attributed to a specific designer but representative of high-quality Italian production from the 1960s.
