Hand-Carved Dog Head Handle Walking Stick with Segmented Hardwood Shaft

This decorative walking stick features a hand-carved handle fashioned from dark-toned hardwood in the form of a dog's head, resembling a pointer or hound breed. The carving includes detailed features such as floppy ears and an open mouth, with an inset bead used for the eye. The shaft is constructed from multiple segments of alternating light and dark hardwoods. These sections are joined and accented by thin, decorative inlaid bands of contrasting wood colors. The stick is finished with a high-gloss polish and terminates in a black rubber ferrule at the base. No maker marks, signatures, or hallmarks are visible on the handle or shaft.
