Gobelin Molteni Vintage anni ’70 – Floreale Pittorico –...

Splendid Molteni floral gobelin fabric, authentic vintage from the 1970s / early 1980s, made with the typical high-definition Italian weave that distinguished furniture productions of that era. The surface is a soft, painterly explosion of overlapping leaves and petals, with rich, natural shades: antique pink, sage, cream yellow, moss green, powder pink, and touches of ruby. The result is an enveloping design, almost impressionistic, that gives depth and movement to every centimeter of fabric. The hand is substantial, heavy, dense, typical of Molteni high‑gauge gobelins (cotton–viscose in the original period compositions): perfect for creating substantial cushions, seating, backrests, decorative panels, small armchairs, headboards, or decorative home‑use bags. With its 515 cm x 140 cm it offers a generous and versatile yardage, ideal for both professional projects and artistic creations with a vintage taste. A rare, elegant piece full of charm, sourced from the glorious archive of the Molteni manufactory.
