German School (XX) - Portret schilderij Generaal Erich Ludendorff

Beautiful, true-to-life portrait painting of Erich Ludendorff. He was the Kaiser's left-hand man (the right-hand man was Von Hindenburg; in the last photo you see them both). Erich Friedrich Wilhelm Ludendorff; 9 April 1865 - 20 December 1937; was a German general, politician and military theorist. He gained fame during World War I due to his central role in the German victories at Liège and Tannenberg in 1914. After his appointment as Chief Quartermaster-General of the Great General Staff of the Imperial German Army in 1916, he became the principal policymaker in a de facto military dictatorship that dominated Germany for the rest of the war. The photos are part of the description. Pickup in 3770 Riemst or can also be shipped. The shipping costs within Europe are listed for the surrounding countries.
