Datiert 'Stadt Hannover, den 11ten Aprilis' 1787. Mit eigenhändigen Unterschriften der 3 Bevollmächtigten. 4°. Ehemals gefaltet. Bestimmung über Bewirtschaftung eines Landes mit Teilen wie u.a. 'Celler Campe', 'Heinecken Campe', 'Tütgen Holtau' des 'bisherigen Lehnträgers Johann Jürgen Öhlmann' an seine Erben und weitere Verfahren.- Verso handschriftliche betitelt 'Der Öhlmänner .. Lehn Brief de 1787...'.- Teils etwas fleckig, mit Papier der Zeit überklebter Einriss im Falz, kleiner Randausriss. Dated 'City of Hanover, the 11th of April' 1787. With the handwritten signatures of the 3 plenipotentiaries. 4°. Formerly folded. Decree concerning the management of a land with parts including 'Celler Campe', 'Heinecken Campe', 'Tütgen Holtau' of the 'previous holder of the fief Johann Jürgen Öhlmann' to his heirs and other proceedings.- Verso handwritten title 'The Öhlmanns .. Letter of Enfeoffment of 1787...'.- Somewhat stained in places, tear in the fold repaired with contemporary paper, small tear at the edge.
