Datiert 'Residentz-Stadt Hannover den 8ten Julii' 1761. Mit eigenhändigen Unterschriften der 5 Bevollmächtigten. 4°. Ehemals gefaltet. Übertragung des Lehnslandes nach 'Absterben des bisherigen Lehnträgers Johann Barthold Öhlmann' an seine Erben u.a. Hennije Friedrich Öhlmann.- Verso handschriftliche betitelt 'Der Öhlemänner Lünebg. Lehn-Brief de ao 1761'.- Kleiner Einschnitt im unteren Falz durch Öffnen des Dokumentes. Dated 'Resident City of Hanover, the 8th of July' 1761. With the handwritten signatures of the 5 plenipotentiaries. 4°. Formerly folded. Transfer of the fief land after the death of the previous fief holder Johann Barthold Öhlmann to his heirs, among others Hennije Friedrich Öhlmann.- Verso handwritten title 'The Öhlmanns, Hanoverian Fief Letter of 1761'.- Small tear in the lower fold from opening the document.
