Gente Mondiali Messico 1970 - 180 Figurine Calciatori su...

Lot consisting of 3 original sheets from the Gente magazine dedicated to the 1970 World Cup in Mexico. Each sheet features 60 photographic stickers of soccer players, for a total of 180 stickers, still attached to their respective sheets and originally intended to be cut out and pasted into the designated album. The complete collection advertised by Gente expected 300 players, distributed across multiple issues, with players from the 16 national teams that reached the 1970 World Cup final stages. Among the prominent figures visible on the sheets are, among others: - Pelé - Franz Beckenbauer - Gigi Riva - Gianni Rivera - Giacinto Facchetti - Jairzinho - numerous other players from the main participating nations There are players from Italy, Brazil, Germany, England, Uruguay, Mexico, Peru, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czechoslovakia, Sweden, Romania, Morocco, Israel, El Salvador and other teams represented at the tournament. On the back of the sheets there are the dedicated spaces with the inscription “Incollare qui” (Glue here), intended for the assembly of the album. Conditions: the sheets are preserved whole and the stickers are uncut. There are central folds, waviness, small tears, wear to the edges and corners, and normal signs of age, clearly visible in the photographs. Interesting original lot for stamp/figurine collectors, World Cup memorabilia, and historical material from Mexico 1970. The photographs show exactly the material included in the lot and form an integral part of the description.
