The catalog notably features works by Prud’hon, Géricault, Ingres, Delacroix, Guys, and artists up to Picasso. Numerous full-page black-and-white reproductions, including Prud’hon’s *Seated Nude Woman*, Constantin Guys’ *Standing Woman*, and *Napoleon III’s Visit to Boulogne-sur-Mer* by the same artist. The cover is scuffed and marked, with creases and a large circular stain on the back cover; the interior is slightly yellowed but in good overall condition.
